  • All Concessionaires Seeking Re-Connection of Water Service Line

What are the Requirements:

  • O.R. of Full Payment of Arrears and Service Application and Construction Order Order (SACO)

Duration: 80 Minutes

Fees:

  • Residential – P 200.00 Plus Full Payment of Arrears
  • Commercial – P200.00 Plus Full Payment of Arrears

How to Avail the Service

  1. Proceed to Customer Service to Apply reconnection of disconnected water service line and Fill out Re-connection Order (R.O.) Form
 15 Minutes Customer Service Lobby, 1st Floor
  1. Bring SACO Form to Cashier for Payment of Arrears (if any) and Re-connection Fees
 5 Minutes Cashier 2nd Floor SJCWD Office
  1. END OF TRANSACTION
