How to Avail the Service

Follow these Steps Response Time Person/s In Charge Location
  1. Proceed to Customer Service for Temporary/ Voluntary Service Disconnection and Fill out form (D.O.)
 5 Minutes Customer Service Lobby, 1st Floor
  1. Bring D.O Form to Cashier for Payment of Arrears (if any) and Reconnection Fees
 3 Minutes Cashier 2nd Floor SJCWD Office
  1. END OF TRANSCTION
